An independent interim report on Phase 3 of the CashBack for Creativity programme. Creative Scotland was awarded £3m from the Scottish Government for this Phase, which runs from October 2014 to March 2017. This interim evaluation reviews the outputs and outcomes delivered between October 2014 – March 2016 of the programme. The report was carried out by Arrivo Consulting Ltd.
