Karen and her team are responsible for all aspects of Creative Scotland’s Human Resources operations and Office and Administration services. This includes: health & safety and the development and implementation of HR strategies; policies; and training and development ensuring compliance with current legislation and best practice.
Karen is a highly experienced HR professional with over 25 years’ experience in the public and private sectors. Before joining Creative Scotland in July 2010, Karen was HR Manager at Scottish Screen. Prior to this, Karen held a variety of management and business partner roles with Clydesdale Bank, National Australia Group Europe.
