We warmly welcome the announcement today as the Scottish Parliament considered the Scottish Government’s 2023/24 Budget.
This announcement reverses the £6.6m reduction proposed in the Draft Budget, in December last year, and restores our Grant-in-Aid budget to £63m.
The Board of Creative Scotland will now consider what this change means for our own Budget for 2023/24, and its implications for the funding we provide.
A further announcement will be made in due course.
