Arts in Education Recovery Survey

Arts in Education Recovery Survey - where are arts providers playing a role in supporting learning?

Due to the impact of COVID-19, there have been many changes in both the Youth Arts & Education landscapes, respectively, and in how they intersect.

Creative Scotland’s Creative Learning & Young People Team, in partnership with colleagues from the Arts and Education sectors, are looking to gain a snapshot of where arts providers are playing a role in supporting learning.

To do this, we’re looking to hear from arts organisations and practitioners working in Scotland with and/or across early learning, schools, and other family support and community learning settings through a survey.

This survey and resulting mapping exercise aims to give us a better understanding of where the arts are well-placed to work with education and learning partners to support children's access to artistic, cultural and creative opportunities within the COVID-19 recovery and where further support and advocacy could help to build capacity.

The survey is focused on the short term (academic year 2020/21) and is an opportunity to gain an overview on what was happening, what is happening now and advocate for what support is needed.

Deadline 21 August 2020.
