The Equalities, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan Toolkit has been produced to support Creative Scotland’s Regularly Funded Organisations (RFOs) to prepare and produce their Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Action Plans.
Although aimed at RFOs as our target audience, we hope that this toolkit will be of use to any arts organisation wanting to address issues of inequality, disengagement and cultural exclusion within the arts, screen and creative industries.
This resource is intended to help organisations to embed EDI as values that everyone understands, embraces and commits to.
