- personal information within case studies which may include your photo(s), video(s), interviews, audio file(s) e.g. song

- Publish and promote information about you and your case study on our websites e.g. Creative Scotland's website, the Our Creative Voice website, the Culture Collective website and other social media platforms such as X (formerly Twitter)

Public Function - in the performance of tasks carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of Creative Scotland’s official authority as Controller including under the Public Services Reform (Scotland) Act 2010
