Creative Scotland January 2023

Welcome to your January newsletter

More than 50 creative projects have received National Lottery funding this month, including a long-term participatory artwork involving oak trees, Art Night’s first national iteration in Dundee and the return of Aberdeen Jazz Festival.

Also this month, we opened a new fund to support publishers with Scottish Poetry Library, we've got a great job on our legal team up for grabs and the first festivals of 2023 are kicking off with music, literature and visual art events taking place across Scotland.

A reminder that as part of our ongoing work to reshape our funding approach, we'll be launching two refreshed funds on 15 February 2023, and so our existing Open Fund for Organisations will close to applications on 08 February 2023.
