Scores from Stage 1 are not being carried over, and all applications are being judged afresh based on what they’re submitting at Stage 2. It is entirely possible that an applicant could score highly during Stage 1, but if their Stage 2 business plan and submission are not providing sufficient detail or evidence on what, how and why an organisation said they were planning to deliver in Stage 1, then they could be scored lower during Stage 2. Ultimately, it is the Stage 2 scoring and assessment which is what will determine who will be awarded Multi-Year Funding.
