There is a brief outline of what we need to see in the outline programme plan on P28 of the guidance.
The document should be in Word or PDF format and be no more than four pages of A4. It is not being assessed and is primarily for context, allowing applicants a chance to provide a topline summary of what they will do in terms of the proposed programme of creative activity over the three year period.
Because the Multi-Year Funding form is mainly about an applicant addressing our criteria, there isn't too much space for them to simply summarise what it is that they do, so this programme plan is really a chance for organisations to lay out their plan of activity.
