The number of organisations who registered an Intention to Apply was just over 500.
We expect that some of these may be ineligible, and some others may either withdraw from the process, or not complete an application for Stage 1.
However, we still anticipate a high volume of Stage 1 applications and we do not expect all will progress into Stage 2.
We don’t presently have a specific number of how many will be approved to go to Stage 2, or how many we will be able to fund at the end of the process, as this ultimately relies on our budget settlement from the Scottish Government which is unconfirmed at this point in time, but we expect that the number of applicants will drop significantly from the 500+ who have registered their Intention to Apply.
