‘Age’ is one of the protected characteristics, so this will cover older people, younger people, children and anyone who experiences discrimination because of their age.
We do have a Children and Young People team at Creative Scotland and we work to a number of statutory obligations, so children and young people are certainly considered a priority within the diversity side of our work.
