The budgetary information we ask applicants to supply as part of Stage 1 is briefly outlined in the guidance (P27). This information is relatively topline and intended to provide enough detail to help us understand the structure of your programme and resources required to deliver it.
There isn’t any prescriptive instruction on expected proportions of how an applicant should divide the funding up. They just need to outline what they want to do and summarise what money they feel is required to deliver it.
