No, the process for assessing applications during Stage 1 won't be asking for RFO Lead Officer comment. Because the Multi-Year Funding process is open to organisations that both have a current funding relationship with us, alongside others with no prior relationship with Creative Scotland, asking for comments from Lead Officers and those holding existing relationships risks there being possible advantage/disadvantage as a result. To mitigate this, past performance/track record is excluded from the assessment and decision making.
