There may be cases where an organisation that is in receipt of funding which runs beyond 1 April 2025 (such as the National Lottery Extended Programme Fund), are then successful in receiving Multi-Year Funding. Their funding would therefore 'overlap' with their Multi-Year Funding. We will develop a process to manage a transition from this, so that the funding does not duplicate.

Organisations can apply for Multi-Year Funding at the same time as having applications to other funds underway.

When applying to the Multi-Year Fund, all applicants should include the full amount they believe they will require from Creative Scotland on a multiple year basis, and outline what their proposed activity for the 3-year period will involve, based on the estimate of funding required.
