In the Stage 1 application form – as outlined in the guidance (P14) we will ask for all applicants to provide an outline programme plan. This would cover the 3-year period (2025-28) and provide enough detail to help us understand the structure of their programme and the resources required to deliver it.
It doesn’t need to include specific dates and details – we would be looking for an outline structure (eg. Year 1: 3 exhibitions, plus an events programme including 6 talks and 6 performances, etc).
