In this question we want to know how ideas are developed within your organisation. So, what part does research, development, critical thinking and self-reflection play in their organisational practice?

How do they ensure that ideas reflect good practice in the area of activity they’re working within, and how do they bring new knowledge and innovation into these discussions within the organisation?

Applicants may wish to mention partnerships and collaborations with other organisations in this section.

For smaller organisations, it might be that programme development is the responsibility of one individual and that the outcome is an expression of their creative vision. If that is the case, then it will be up to that applicant to argue for why this fund should support that person in doing so. They should explain how innovation, testing and challenging will be present in this process.
