Our Touring, Festivals & Arts Programming Fund will support the wider touring of existing work – be it work by performing arts companies or exhibitions of crafts or visual arts work. It can support a range of development activities which will impact on your practice and future work. Our Professional Development funding programme can support general activity that will develop an individual’s practice – particularly activities such as residencies, workshops, short courses and mentoring. Touring, Festivals and Arts Programming will support Scottish arts, film and cultural festivals that are of national and international significance. You can also apply for support for a new festival, although you will need to demonstrate the research you have undertaken which provides evidence that your festival is filling a gap in the national and/or international calendar, along with detailed information on the intended audience.
