Following Sheffield, both documentaries are headed to Edinburgh for Scottish premieres in just a couple of weeks time before their UK cinema release dates of 17 and 29 June respectively.

At market, Jonothan McLeod’s GOING BACK (THE MYSTERIOUS TALE OF BRIAN MACKINNON) has been selected from over 550 submissions to have match-made 1:1 pitch meetings with industry Decision Makers at Doc/Fest’s MeetMarket - one of the world's largest documentary and factual markets.

13 Scottish producers are also attending Sheffield Doc/Fest with support through the Scottish Documentary Institute. With great new documentary projects, delegates will be taking the opportunity to connect with financiers and co-production partners to take their projects to the next stage.
