Guidelines for Submitting Content

Before submitting, please consider the impact your opportunity/ job / project may have on particular groups of people. Is your proposal offering equality of opportunity? For example, do you need to restrict your opportunity to a defined age limit? Is your opportunity open to disabled people?
Opportunities outside of these guidelines will only be included if there is likely to be a significant benefit to the readership. Due to the high volume of information we receive daily, we ask that listings are submitted in a specific format. Please always send your information in the body of the email with no PDF or attachment or clever visuals and in the following format:
FOR EXAMPLE Workshop Delightful space launches new classes starting 8 May Jobs Splendid Organisation: Ideal Job If you do not submit in the correct format it is unlikely to be included. *News and Opportunities is usually distributed art the end of every week when possible so please submit your listing by 10am on Thursday for inclusion that week. **Listings will only be published if they are deemed significant opportunities for practitioners in the visual arts sector in Scotland.
