Today, we are publishing a plan for change.

This plan shows the actions we propose to take to deliver against each of the 8 commitments made by the Board of Creative Scotland in its statement of 7 December.

The plan provides a brief description of each action and the anticipated timescale for delivery.

Whilst the plan focuses specifically on delivery against the Board commitments, we will ensure we get the balance right between addressing concerns and building on the strengths of on-going work to support the arts, screen and creative industries in Scotland.

We intend to provide monthly updates on progress against each action over the coming year.

The plan is, of course, subject to further refinement and will evolve as we progress through the coming months.
