This fund aims to fulfil the YMI Scottish Government commitment that every school pupil in Scotland should be offered a year of free music tuition by the time they leave primary school.
For other projects, the aim is to address inequity and contribute to the Scottish Government’s agenda in tackling child poverty by engaging children and young people most in need.
This is a targeted fund for Scotland’s 32 Local Authorities and Jordanhill School. Activity supported through this route commences at the beginning of the academic year in August 2023.
