If you’re successful in receiving funding from Creative Scotland, then there are certain key pieces of documentation you will need to access in order to ensure that your payments are received, and that you fulfil the terms and conditions of your contract with us.

Terms and Conditions

All applicants for funding MUST agree that they have read the Terms & Conditions of funding. The T&Cs for both Scottish Government and National Lottery funding are below.

Credit Kit

In receiving funding from us – either from Scottish Government money, or funds from the National Lottery – you have agreed to be supported by the public purse. In order to ensure that this public support is acknowledged, you are expected to display the relevant logo credits on the materials supporting your work. This credit kit will outline the correct logo to use, and how to apply it in your work.

Project Monitoring Forms

Presently there are two Project Monitoring Forms – one for midway through your project, and one for the end of project. These forms are your chance to update us on progress – and upon their successful submission and sign off, your payments will be issued as per the payment schedule agreed in your contract.
