Jackie Kay visited the Creative Scotland offices in November to help us celebrate Black History Month.  Earlier in the year, Jackie won the £30,000 Scottish Book of the Year Award for Red Dust Road - a memoir about finding her birth parents.

During the lunchtime event, she treated the audience to readings from Red Dust Road and her new poetry collection Fiere. You can listen to the readings below as well as watch an excerpt from her conversation with Creative Scotland Portfolio Manager, Gavin Wallace.
